"I didn't like the check-in process. It was unorganized, I feel like the staff prioritized other guests who got there after us, were overall unhelpful. They attempted to charge me twice for the cost of the room refused to call expedia reps back so they could confirm that I already paid in full (even after showing them my receipt/confirmation). The manager of the hotel told me not to worry and that everything was okay. He promised to give us priority seating in one of the specialty restaurants...

"We had an exceptional vacation and stay. Especially the friendly staff and the hospitality make us want to come back. Examples are Hamada Shawki and Mohamnad (life guards and beach 4 front). Nader and Emad of Housekeeping. Mohammad and Hany from the main restaurant. Dr Eslam, the clinic Doctor. And especially security staff manager who asked the driver to take us to the hospital and stay with us and bring us back (many thanks). And all the staff were very accomodating. "The resort itself is a good place but this does need a lot of work, the gardeners and security guards and reception workers are absolutely amazing and kind but we struggled to get our safe to work or open we called for maintenance and was told they will fix it but no one came and we were left waiting over 3 hours and still was never fixed "
