"The resort itself is a good place but this does need a lot of work, the gardeners and security guards and reception workers are absolutely amazing and kind but we struggled to get our safe to work or open we called for maintenance and was told they will fix it but no one came and we were left waiting over 3 hours and still was never fixed "

"I arrived around 6 pm but the room was not ready. The receptionist tried to bully me into going to dinner first to cover the fact that the room was not ready. When I asked why the room was not ready the manager came and offered a room upgrade. The upgraded room was lousy and I can not imagine what would the original room would be like. The next morning I wanted to go to the beach. I saw the listed shuttle schedule and I timed my self to catch the 9;30am shuttle. I got there a few minutes early...

"Absolutely wonderful few days at the Xperience Sea Breeze. Staff are so friendly, a special thanks to Mohamed in the restaurant and Romany at the bottom pool. Food variety was good and tasty. No rushing for a sun bed in the morning, there were plenty. Evening entertainment wasn’t great but the hotel offered free shuttles to Soho Square, Old Town and Naama Bay. We also opted to take the shuttle down to the sandy beach one day which was a nice change of scenery. Thank you, we will be back! "
