"I didn't like the check-in process. It was unorganized, I feel like the staff prioritized other guests who got there after us, were overall unhelpful. They attempted to charge me twice for the cost of the room refused to call expedia reps back so they could confirm that I already paid in full (even after showing them my receipt/confirmation). The manager of the hotel told me not to worry and that everything was okay. He promised to give us priority seating in one of the specialty restaurants...

"Absolutely wonderful few days at the Xperience Sea Breeze. Staff are so friendly, a special thanks to Mohamed in the restaurant and Romany at the bottom pool. Food variety was good and tasty. No rushing for a sun bed in the morning, there were plenty. Evening entertainment wasn’t great but the hotel offered free shuttles to Soho Square, Old Town and Naama Bay. We also opted to take the shuttle down to the sandy beach one day which was a nice change of scenery. Thank you, we will be back! "

"Secondo me l'hotel è il migliore a Naama bay. Ha una bellissima spiaggia e la barriera corallina direttamente davanti. Il personale è estremamente cordiale e educato. Abbiamo preso all inclusive e ci siamo trovati bene con il buffet molto variegato, insalate, pesce, carne e griglia tutte le sere. Se dovessimo tornare a Sharm el Sheik, torneremo sicuramente qui."

"Me and my family took a few days off and visited Sharm el Hsikh. We had a last minute reservation with the hotel, and we don't regret any bit of it. The manager Yehiya was really attentive and helpful and gave us more attention than we actually expected throughout the trip. He recommended us the dining options qithin the hotel and took special care of our elderly family members with wheelchair facilities and breakfast in the room whenever needed. Staff of the hotel were always friendly and...
