"This is a good generally good hotel, the rooms are clean and cleaned every day. You get 2 bottles of water left in your room each day, there is tea and coffee and a fridge/ safe. I have stayed 3 times this year, it’s great for the price- The only negative is the large amount of Rude and irritating Russians and Ukrainians, they will push you out the way to get in front of you and enjoy large amounts of alcohol- so they are generally noisy at night. "We chose Parrotel as we had stayed at its sister hotel lagoon last year and were more than satisfied. We live in Nabq and it is convenient for going back and feeding our cats. The Aqua park hotel made us welcome from the moment we arrived. It was my 70th birthday and the staff were fantastic even providing a cake. A special thanks to our waiter Gooma who was excellent. We have stayed in several hotel and can recommend this as great value for money. We will certainly book again soon "

"Overall a fantastic experience but we did have a slight issue on arrival when we were told no room available even though we had a booking!! We were asked to stay in a sister hotel for the night and our original rooms would be available the following day. Do Not accept this! You'll end up stuck in a lower quality place. "As a regularly travelling couple, we aren't particularly picky over our accomodations. We have been to Egypt somewhere around 30 times, so we know about standards and what to actually expect.
