"I arrived around 6 pm but the room was not ready. The receptionist tried to bully me into going to dinner first to cover the fact that the room was not ready. When I asked why the room was not ready the manager came and offered a room upgrade. The upgraded room was lousy and I can not imagine what would the original room would be like. "Located very conveniently in Naama bay. Sister resort Jaz Ferouz is across the road (you can use their services and beach if you are staying in either) Pedestrianised Qabos street only 10 minutes walk where lots of shops and restaurants. Loved Our Stay

" The Hotel was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay as a family. The view of the red sea was beautiful, the beaches were were nice with great snorkeling spots, and the layout of the hotel made for a nice walk in the evening. The restaurant had a large selection with good food. The spa was very relaxing with option for woman only for Muslims. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They were quick to help with replacing the broken phone in the room. There was also a kids play area and lots of different pools. They also had well priced and convenient evening shuttle services to naama bay, soho square, and old market/ al Sahaba Mosque (which is a quick taxi ride to Farsha cafe). It was the perfect place to stay in Sharm El Sheikh. We were able to explore and do everything we wanted to in Sharm with the help of the hotel staff. We would definitely stay again. Special thanks to Mr. Alaa Abu Bakr for helping us with our stay."

Good for the price

"This is a good generally good hotel, the rooms are clean and cleaned every day. You get 2 bottles of water left in your room each day, there is tea and coffee and a fridge/ safe. I have stayed 3 times this year, it’s great for the price- The only negative is the large amount of Rude and irritating Russians and Ukrainians, they will push you out the way to get in front of you and enjoy large amounts of alcohol- so they are generally noisy at night. In the 3 times I have stayed this year, I have not seen or heard an English speaking person."
