"From the beginning the hotel was amazing, they had organised our transfer and were there waiting. We had a separate check in and were welcomed and given some drinks. We were taken in a golf cart to our room and the room we had was massive with huge pool. Our luggage arrived shortly after. It was worth staying in the signature suite with the posh club so many benefits. We had six bottles full size and fruit plate and nuts and dried apricots and chocolates and biscuits and local pasties. The fridges were refilled every day and pastries which were meant to be different each day we only had replenished once. The a la carte restaurants were good, we preffered the Asian and Italian. The staff were excellent nothing was too much. I would name them but there are so many but they know who they are and we thank them for their service, there were a few we saw each day and they knew exactly what we liked which was nice. We would definitely come back here. Posh club staff were also excellent they looked after us very well especially when my husband was not too well one day. It was a very relaxing holiday with amazing beach and private reserved part for posh club which was good. It was the same with posh club lounge you could get drinks have breakfast, lunch or dinner there and you also get better branded drinks. When leaving it was like leaving home waving goodbye to the staff and never had to touch our cases since we packed them and got to the airport felt very special! "

Ingredient information is readily available, and at breakfast, plant-based milks are offered—a thoughtful addition for allergics and vegans."

"Amazing hotel and holiday! The facilities at this hotel are brilliant and the location is great. There is a big pool and small water park for children but we spent most of our time around the very peaceful adults only pool. The staff around this pool made the experience amazing. Amr (bartender) made excellent drinks, especially his cocktails! He was very attentive and always remembered what drinks we wanted at different parts of the day, as well as all of the other people around the adult pool. Mahmoud (lifeguard) was fantastic, and more than just a lifeguard. He kept the area very clean, regularly checking if everyone was okay. He would make sure our sun beds were facing the sun when we arrived in the morning and after lunch and offered to clean our sunglasses when needed. Amr and Mahmoud were the best! All other members of staff are extremely friendly and helpful too, from the cleaning staff, reception staff, gardeners, restaurant staff etc. The cleaning staff kept the whole hotel and rooms spotless, and also made lovely decorations in the rooms out of flowers and towels. We did not have any bad experiences. There are plenty of restaurants and a buffet restaurant which all had fantastic food. There are a few bars which were all nice, but Latitude was a great spot in the evening for music and cocktails. The beach is nice and has an adult only section. There’s plenty of entertainment, but also plenty of quieter places to relax. Overall fantastic hotel and holiday! 10/10"

"We love this hotel our vacation was a dream come true The staff was so nice and very helpful starting from the reception to the restaurants to the house keeping and animation team Every detail was perfect We loved the yummy food and all the varieties The views from our rooms were just a dream come true! The ground and all the buildings were very well kept We really enjoyed our time there! We really appreciate all the efforts of the staff who made sure that all our needs were met Thank you for all the great times we had in this beautiful vacation We strongly recommend this hotel and we sure be back again in the very near future!"

"Overall a fantastic experience but we did have a slight issue on arrival when we were told no room available even though we had a booking!! We were asked to stay in a sister hotel for the night and our original rooms would be available the following day. Do Not accept this! You'll end up stuck in a lower quality place. Other than that it was great. Perfectly acceptable and plentiful food, good location and friendly staff."
