"I can’t even begin to get started on it. Worst holiday of my life. I’ve been to Egypt 5 times. 4 times to Hurghada and once to sharm at Parrotel aqua park. Let me tell you know it should not be a 4 star it’s dated to the point your going to get ill, it’s disgustingly dirty smells the rooms are big and yeh can look nice on your first day after 7,10 or 14 days you will look back at that room and feel like taking a one last goodbye p*** on the floor it’s that vile. The food is not even worth having the drinks are horrible and cheap ur best off getting an apartment or room in a 5 star amazing hotel just self catering or breakfast whatever you prefer and eating out every night. The taxis are cheap and the food is extremely cheap so your literally better off doing that and exploring the beautiful parts of the place (rare) don’t be put off Egypt as I’ve enjoyed every time in Hurghada just sharm el sheikh has had its time. How many people have been through there i don’t know but the place is TIREDD. Don’t bother honestly go to hurghada. Even friends who stayed at the Rixos adults only were underwhelmed the place is the problem but especially this hotel. I wish I could get a refund I wish we had the money to book a flight home early. Waste of ur time and money we had money and a pack of cigs robbed out the room by the cleaners. Yeh it’s only about 7.50 in total but still it’s the principle it’s just embarrassing and the managers won’t do anything. Just pretend whole place is a scam."

"All the staff are very friendly and great with kids. Nothing is too much trouble. Around the pool area is sun loungers are limited the staff will go and get more and lay them out for you. My daughter loved the kids club and animation team work tirelessly. We loved it so much that we are going to rebook for next year. "

"Our first visit to Sharm El Sheikh was unforgettable, and this resort exceeded all expectations! Our room in the Luxor building (top level) was spacious, spotless, and impeccably maintained. A special thanks to our housekeeper, Mohammed, whose attention to detail and creative towel origami made our stay extra special. The resort had everything—beautiful pools, a fun aqua park, and a stunning beach. A highlight was learning archery with Piero, whose energy and enthusiasm made it so much fun. Our daughter loved the kids’ club, thanks to Rym’s warmth and care. The entertainment team was outstanding, especially Victor, whose charisma and passion lit up every show. From start to finish, the staff’s warmth and hospitality made all the difference. With top-notch service, great facilities, and delicious food, this resort left a lasting impression. We can’t wait to return—highly recommended!"

"We really enjoyed our time at the hotel. Great facilities and very helpful staff. Good choice of restaurants - all good, Hama was our favourite. Two downsides for us - Spa was excellent but very expensive - given location of hotel, not feasible to access alternatives. Also at this time of year, it can be windy which makes snorkelling and diving from hotel difficult. Overall - thoroughly recommend."

"This is a good hotel which, now being 20 years old, is showing a few signs of its age. Only small things, but certainly some of the upkeep falls short of a 5*experience. The staff work hard to make you feel welcome and assist wherever possible. Pool staff are efficient and always happy to speak with you. Plenty of poolside sunbeds, all with good mattresses. Pool towels changed daily, although the water in the unheated pools was freezing (in January). Beach was ok; gritty sand. Poor quality sunbeds and mats; definitely not 5* in this area. Small bay that is only waist deep at best, so not much scope for swimming, but safe for small children. Food on the whole was good, but a bit repetitive, as often the case with mass all inclusive catering. Breakfast very lacking unless you just want eggs and pastries. Limited lunch options and a very limited choice of what to eat at the pool and beach restaurants. Asian and Indian a la carte were excellent, in terms of voice and taste. Good quality evidently can be achieved if they want to. American Diner was ok too, but did not try the pay extra seafood restaurant. All inclusive drinks are all local and, to be frank, really not very good. Distinctly odd tasting and well below usual strength. Room was huge, bed rather lumpy, bathroom a bit dark but all acceptable (again, the finish, detailing etc were not to 5* standards. Overall a good stay, but closer to a 3* than 5*. Grounds/gardens were beautiful and well kept"
