A beautiful well designed hotel catering for families which offers peace of mind for parents seeking some downtime while children play in and around the hotel grounds, pool, kids play area. Very nice resort good location in sharks bay private beach had good snorkelling. Half of the hotel under reservation meaning the second pool and spa were closed.

Fantastic hotel, highly recommend.

The staff at this hotel are genuinely happy, friendly and extremely helpful. They all work very hard to make your holiday memorable. It’s a clean and safe place to take your family, they have a team cleaning all the time. The main restaurant is buffet style, but they will cater for all dietary requirements. We are vegan and the chef was happy to make us specific food each day. The room was cleaned every day, towels etc refreshed by friendly and efficient people. The pool was also cleaned daily and watched over by many lifeguards. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family and I would love to stay again.

Excellent hotel

I was pleased with my stay at hilton sharks bay. The concierge Ahmed Hussein was helpful. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
