"Wonderful wonderful people, staff were going above and beyond. Names that I remember for front desk were 2 Mahmod, Abdulah, the nice guy who cleaned our room named Ahmed. One of the best spa services that I got was from facial treatment and she braided my hair too, her name was Hadeer. She was a beautiful nurse who works in beauty industry too. I received great massage from other lady too. "

"We had a great stay here. The facilities are excellent, pools are lovely, rooms are well equipped (bit dated in decor but clean and comfortable). The staff were amazing, couldn't be more helpful, from the reception team who dealt with an issue with our check in (Expedia hadn't forwarded our booking properly) and gave us drinks, wifi codes and calmed me down (!) to the restaurant team and the cleaners - everyone was really friendly. The spa was great - had a series of 4 massages and a Turkish bath - wonderful! Food was good - usual cyclical all inclusive - but loads of choice, and no dodgy tummy issues! Coral Beach is incredible for snorkelling and the bus transfers were easy. Would definitely recommend a stay here."

"This was our 2nd visit to the hotel and it was just as fabulous. The whole complex is clean and tidy with staff constantly working to keep the pools clean, grounds tended and all areas beautiful. The food was great, Jewels Buffet restaurant is busy but plenty of selection. Best to go early though. 4 other restaurants to visit and our favourite was the Italian, but all served excellent food, freshly cooked. We upgraded to the Posh Club with many benefits and had a sea view swim up suite, pool shared between 3 rooms but for our last week, we had sole use. The main pool is great too, very large and plenty of sun beds but we did notice the towels seemed to stay on the beds all day, sometimes without anybody using them which was frustrating as the sun was low in November and you had to sit one side of the pool in the afternoon to take advantage of it. Now for the staff …. they absolutely make this hotel and their attention to detail and dedication to making your holiday memorable is amazing. They recognise repeat visitors and take your happiness and enjoyment personally. Already booked to go back as we had such a wonderful time. Thank you for having us!"

"All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Really good hotel facilties, great snorkeling. Food is good, lots of options, but theres always a big queue for the really good stuff like prawns and mangos which are not offered every day. Only down side for us was the room, its abit tired, in desperate need of a revamp (especially the standard rooms). We been twice, first time we had nice Jaccuzz on the balcony room, that was very nice, this time we took the kids so had 2 standard rooms and it was abit disappointing. But overall it is a very good hotel and we had a very good time there."

"Property was ok, sometimes staff were miserable. From what I saw poor hygiene. Just need to be careful. Had a fridge in the room, which was good to keep our fresh fruits. Air con worked well. Only issue was the location, I found it difficult to get public transport or a taxi as the drivers always wanted to over charge us. "
