"The hotel in general is on good condition, the staff was great, they helped us to get the room early as we arrived at 6:30 in the morning, not that early but at least they did help. The room was super clean, small but very confortable. Nacho the guy who welcomed us was super nice , we always saw him helping all the guests, as well as the guy at the main door. Just want to mention two points that go against the hotel, one of them is the front desk area, it needs renovation, also the AC it’s set...

"I cannot say enough about the kind staff at this hotel. Especially the woman at the front desk that helped find the right room for my son, who had an accident, and was on crutches. Customer service that cares is RARE and we are so grateful. Additionally, the hotel is perfectly located and has numerous restaurants and shops within steps. Could not recommend more!"

"The hotel is very cozy and nice. It is extremely close to all of the attractions in the area and the major plaza. For being in the middle of things, you can’t get better. Our only complaint was thenoise. It is on several of the busiest streets in the area for walking, bars, and restaurants, and it is very loud. Bring earplugs!"
