"Spent 8 nights in total in a city view room. It was surprisingly quiet and peaceful to sleep at night considering how busy Grand Via is. The pro of being so centrally located also makes it a bit of a con when you’re tired at the end of a busy day exploring and have to dodge waves of people coming at you to get back to your hotel. The breakfast was perfect with plenty of selection. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The room was large with plenty of storage. I wouldn’t want to stay...

"Stayed for business. I was early for check-in, not only did I get the room, but I was given an upgrade! The room was spacious, the bed super confortable, the minibar very well stocked, good shower and stuff. The breakfast was great! And I also had dinner at their restaurant and it was pretty good too. There are at least 4 restaurants that looked great walking distance. "

"The location is further than stated. The room is basically a walk in closet. Its in an industrial area far away from everything with a funky oder and showcases an unbelievable amount of graffiti. I didn’t feel safe even during daylight hours. Neither receptionist spoke a word of English!? The "patio" offers you white-painted pallets to sit on?! And there is some kind of unadvertised animal refuge right next door with a demonic sounding bird that startled me awake each night! Hated...

"I got a cold as AC only had "cool" mode for my first two days of staying. It's November And considered as winter, So Customers shouldn't have taken time walking up and down, reporting the same issue, and doing a lot of tests for the hotel and hotel engineering. It is Hotel's responsibility to confirm AC works properly in the room and has "heat" mode in November. "
