"Some of the rooms are very isolated and the pillows are very uncomfortable to sleep with. The staff were quick and helpful and I liked the nice breakfast included. While the area is not the most charming one it is practical as it’s very close to downtown. "

"Very centrally located which made exploring Madrid very easy, the staff were lovely and really helpful, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom facilities were good. Always very clean as well. Only issue was that it wasn't as social as it was made oit to be, but this wasn't helped by the poor weather meaning the rooftop was essentially out of action. The mixed shared dorm being on the street rather than in the building meant that we had some disturbances from passers by making noise late...

"En general, esta bien para pasar unas noches, dormir y tomar una ducha e ir a explorar la ciudad. En mi caso con el cuarto privado estuvo bien, buena cocina con todo lo que se necesita, el baño estuvo limpio en todo momento, mi unica queja seria que el temporizador que le tienen a la luz del baño dura unos pocos segundos y si no te mueves se apagan las luces, del resto cumplio mis expectativas."

"Nuestra estancia fue muy bien, aunque sólo fuera un fin de semana. Habíamos tenido un problema con otra estancia y a través de Expedia nos reubicaron en éste hotel y no podemos estar más contentos, nos dieron habitación de un momento para otro y sin problema. El hotel estaba muy bien, limpio, la habitación muy grande. Todo genial."

"Hostel staff was kind and helpful, they held my luggage before my stay and brought the luggage to my room before I returned. The room amenities were sufficient (handsoap, shower gel/shampoo, toilet paper, bath towels) and the room and bathroom was clean. Good hot water pressure. Bed was comfortable, blanket was warm enough for end September weather. The AC worked and the double-paned glass windows really helped a lot to dull the noise outside though couldn’t completely cancel it out. The one...
