"Went for this option on a one night stay in the area due to trusted name. Have to stay everyone was friendly and helpful but the place is a bit tired which I think comes from the frequency of use. Probably hard to keep up with. Wouldn’t rush back and would look at other options perhaps newer places. Was not too cheap either. Food was ok and as I say all the team were superb just let down by condition of hotel which is a bit tired."

"Greeted by pleasant staff on reception. Stayed room only so didn't really interact with any other staff. Room was nice, modern and clean (apart from a sock that wasn't ours under the chair!!) Bed was comfy with nice pillows. Shower room not huge but plenty big enough, and had powerful shower with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Hotel in good location for city centre, often stay here as daughter lives on edge of Bedminster so we can walk there or into city centre"

"Quiet rooms and friendly staff. My check-in was delayed by an hour but they compensated me for this inconvenience without me needing to negotiate. One thing to keep in mind is that parking fees are additional to your stay at £18 per 24 hours; limited parking on-site so you need to use the adjacent carparks. Although this is mentioned in the small print it caught out severest guests who made their feelings known to staff who handled it well. You should also note it is situated on roads where a...
