"Great one night stay here for the grand theatre Wolverhampton. Only £6/7 in a taxi there. Couldn't really find a nice hotel in the town centre, so found this gem. It's kept it's old gothic style with all modern furnishings. Lovely dining room. My one and only complaint was the pillows were hard. But suited my friend that stayed with me, so just personal choice. Amazing staff. Nice walk down the lane to nice pub too. "

"The staff was so helpful and kind. The room was big, but the carpet and blanket was not clean and had some bad smell. The shower area was too small and difficult to take a shower. We could hear the street noise which was sometimes annoying. The breakfast was reasonable, but sometimes there was a man collecting the dishes while we were eating."

"Just stayed for 1 night, but arrived early morning, managed to get early check in for an additional fee, we had an executive room, so had sitting area and king bed, we used room service for food which was fast, food was hot and tastey, staff were friendly and approachable, breakfast was lovely good variety of hot and cold items and chefs constantly refilling, "

Was a bit noisy (I could here the heavy footed person in room on floor above me crossing floor to go to the toilet during the night - kept waking me up), and The coffee machine at breakfast had run out of milk (so no cappuccino). Minor things but room to improve easily. Otherwise, I had a good night here and would return. Thank you. "
