"Staff were ok not that mich handy that in one call they responded you atleast 2 times you have to call them and one thing which yheu have to fix it their location you can't find their resort easily the sign."

"I found a bug was flying inside my room. I got bitten then my leg was swollen. When I came back from Dubai I went straight to ER for treatment. The doctor found out my leg was bitten by bug. My leg was really bad already when she check the results. Stay away on this hotel. "

"This is a good hotel. There are some issues worth noting, particularly for those staying here for work as I was. -There are only four small elevators and you often have to wait a long while for one. -The rooms are big but the space between them small, so that you hear your neighbors across the halls (screaming children but even a ringing phone) -The sidewalks in front of the hotel are narrow and very busy including with delivery bike riders"

"This is one of my favourite properties to stay at in Al barsha area. This hotel is very nice, the rooms were spotless, is well located just a short walk distance to The mall of Emirates. In addition, the professionalism of the staff was exceptional especially to Inram and Muneeb that went out of their way to ensure a comfortable and welcoming stay after a long trip. I will definitely come back and will recommend this place to my frequent colleague travelers. "
