"It is in a nice and convenient part of town. They did not have good directions for getting into the property. Did not even explain that there was another bathroom to use with a shower which would have been nice considering the bathrooms were always occupied. Worth the stay, but could have been better. "

"The reception was so awful and charged me extra payment though it is clearly stated that I have already paid my taxes . The receptionist even refused to inform me about the breakfast meal which is included in the room booking"

"Very disappointing..the hotel smelt like a cigarette factory from the Reception to everywhere. Not very friendly staff except the room cleaner and the the door guy. Cleanliness zero..especially the bathroom needs thorough scrubbing. The only positive was their mattresses were good and firm."

"Se encuentra en una ubicación muy conveniente, solo a menos de 5 minutos camk ando al Mall Emirates, donde puedes comprar despensa, comaprar comida prepara o ir a los restaurantes, en el otro extremo del mall esta la estacion de metro y a menos de 5 minutos dentro del mall en la parte de estacionamiento esta la estacion de autobuses y el Hop on Hop Off. Nos gusto tanto la ubicación que decidimos extender nuestra estadia 2 dias mas. El personal muy amigable y el hotel muy limpio y seguro."

"The hotel is in a good location, close to the metro station, bus stop, many restaurants and convince stores around and walking distance to the Mall of Emirates. The area feels safe. The apartments are of a good size, I liked the layout of the one we were staying, which was 1 bedroom apartment. I agree with other reviews about need of an upgrade. The furniture, bathrooms and floors are outdated. A renovation is scheduled since April 2024 until the end of the year. With a good upgrade, that would...
