"Clean hotel about a 12 minute walk to Shinjuku Train Station South Exit. There is an underground safe walking route if it's raining outside. The breakfast buffet at either the 25floor or at the annex is very good and worth the price. There are 2 convenience stores and other restaurants onsite. The Metropolitance Government Building is 1 block away with an outstanding 360 view of Tokyo and it's FREE! At night, there is a nice light show of the government building that's nice to see from the hotel...

"Like a Vegas mega-hotel. This place caters to westerners who want as little culture shock as possible. The hotel reminded me of Caesar's Palace in Vegas. The rooms aren't as fancy as the over-priced shopping, movie theater, and restaurants. Location is great! Just one block from the Shinagawa station, which is a major hub. You will use the western exit, but during your stay, check out the restaurants outside the eastern exit for variety. If you want a cultural experience with an onsen...

"Quick and easy check in using the kiosks. Rooms are incredibly quiet for an airport hotel. Easy to access from T3. Perfect bed / very hard just how we like it. Rooms are a decent size for two with luggage. Great price point too. "
