"Staff very friendly and helpful. Bar stylish and good choice of drinks. Room quite basic but comfortable, except that an electric portable heater provided the heating and this gave me an electric shock when I turned it off, fusing the TV etc. This was quite alarming though the member of staff I told at checkout was very sympathetic and checked I was OK. "

I did have my dog with me on the visit, and the room where lovely the only thing that would have made the stay better was if they had a small green area where dogs could pee and poop in, it would feel safer then as I was asked to go outside of the compound in the night especially as there allot of activity and people sleeping rough. My dog did pee outside the hotel, and the staff weren’t pleased with...

"Stayed one night Here. Pleasant. Was a bit noisy (I could here the heavy footed person in room on floor above me crossing floor to go to the toilet during the night - kept waking me up), and The coffee machine at breakfast had run out of milk (so no cappuccino). Minor things but room to improve easily. Otherwise, I had a good night here and would return. Thank you. "

"Our deluxe room was warm with a very comfortable bed and bedding. The bathroom was a good size with a bath and a shower with a large head. The towel rail was on so the towels were warmed. Unfortunately the water was tepid when we wanted to shower in the morning. On contacting reception we were told that hot water would be available in an hour, too late for us. However, on checking out we were refunded 50% of our stay charge so felt that was very fair. Dinner in the bistro was very good although...
