"Lovely stay. Perfect location for going to see Wicked at the Victoria Apollo theatre. They contacted us during the day to say they had boiler issues and we would get a full refund. We still decided to stay as it was only one night without a hot shower. Electric heater was provided in the room. Kept us plenty warm enough. "A really nice stay as always but I am very annoyed and frankly shocked that, when asking months in advance for an accessible room for elderly and infirm family, I was messaged only a couple of days before the stay to say we needed to pay £40 extra per room per night for that - I’m pretty sure it’s illegal to penalise someone for their disability.
