"The hotel and staff were brilliant for our trip to the Utilia arena. The check in was speedy and very knowledgeable. The room was fantastic and we had such an amazing bargain for our stay. If we come back to the Utilita again we would certainly be looking at staying the this hotel again. Thank s to everyone involved."

"Our stay was good. Lovely hotel, lovely service from the staff. Check in was chaos due to a concert everyone was attending so definitely check in online when you’re given the option, I wish we had. Room was a little tatty, the bathroom door had severe water damage & the sink plug didn’t work, so the sink wouldn’t hold water so I had to keep the tap running which I think wastes water just for the sake of replacing a plug. The shower was fantastic, overhead & great pressure. Room was clean though...

"This is a good hotel for visiting Birmingham or the NEC particularly at weekends when the conference season is not happening The rooms are good, the food options are good – the price for accommodation is reasonable at weekends. I think. The parking costs are a rip-off."
