"The Hotel is located just close enough to access the city centre - a taxi ride was £11 late at night. The hotel is very clean and the rooms comforatble, tidy, clean and well maintained. For me, the highlight was the staff. They were amazingly friendly including the cleaners who are not as customer facing as other staff. The reception and bar staff were friendly and attentive and the manager greeted everyone in the reception in the morning - when was the last time I ever saw that? Well done....

The Spa is lovely and clean but lacks beds for the amount of people that visit it, and the changing rooms lack personal changing lockers. The Sauna and the steam room are not very hot but again they were nice and clean and you can hire a robe, towel and slippers for £10 per person for the duration of your stay.
