"The apartment is in an excellent location right by the river, two minutes walk from several restaurants and five minutes walk to York centre. It was lovely and warm and the garage a huge bonus. The kitchen was well equipped. We were surprised that there was no welcome pack as is standard in self catering accommodation and the kettle was heavily lime scaled. We bought some descaler but it needs several attempts so we had to use a pan to heat water for drinks. The person in the accommodation...

The staff more were truly amazing and they themselves deserve five stars. They were accommodating, considerate, professional, efficient, kind, and truly represented the very best of York. I would be inclined to make these apartments my go to place for any future visits to York."

"Good location with parking, slight issue with the parking as you are given an allocated spot but upon arrival there was a vehicle already parked in the spot, quick phone call and instructions given to park elsewhere which was fine. Entry door system was hit and miss, didn’t work upon arrival but then on return did the same thing but it worked. Stayed in a 2 bedroom but only one bathroom so if you were not from the same family it might cause a few issues. "

"This place was lovely and clean. The instructions to get in were clear. Centrally located and close to parking. It was meant to sleep 4. Although one of our group ended up sleeping on the tile floor due to lack of room on the futon. The shower only seemed to have one temperature, hot! Heaters were provided. Some of the wooden blinds at the windows were broken. For a one night stay to go to a gig at the arena it was fine. "

"The apartment did not live up to its description as a "De Lux, Luxury Apartment. The kitchen cupboards were de-laminating in several areas and hinges were coming loose on cupboard doors. Also, you had to pay in full, on day of booking, and then, one day before occupation they demanded a further £100 pounds before releasing the Keys to the apartment"
