"The entire stay was amazing. From check-in, the lady on reception was very welcoming and chatty, nothing to much trouble for her, to the bar staff the restaurant we didn't use on this occasion. The room was comfy spacious and clean. The bathroom was adapted (which we requested) so was quite large but very clean. Also good shower!!. Check out was efficient and we were wished a good onward journey.will definitely stay again."

"We have stayed in this hotel a few times but for the first time we were on the side of the hotel that is nearest the M6. We loved this side because it caught the sun, you could barely see the motorway but the view was great. Overall, staff were very friendly. The only downside was the chaos at breakfast, where there were insufficient staff to make the breakfast experience pleasurable."

"My wife and I stayed at Cottons for the 2nd time this year and, once again, everything was delightful. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, the room was lovely, the Spa (and treatments we had) were amazing and the meal we ate in the restaurant was delicious.
