"Excellent"

"We were given a room that wreaked of smoke even though we obviously had booked a non-smoking room. Upon raising the issue, they offered to switch to another room which wasn't as nice. Despite this, the location of this hotel is so good we forgot about the smoke and just stayed in the original room. It's Istanbul anyways and people smoke everywhere! Other good things about the hotel are the breakfast, as well as helpful staff. The gym is small but still usable."

Didn't like: Congested area, hardly any sidewalks; limited dining and entertainment; balcony has solid fence over a meter high, can't enjoy the view unless you stand; swimming pool & hot tub are placed behind the spa area! You need to walk through the spa corridors, dim lighting, and the pool itself has dim lights to feel as part of the spa, almost to discourage access by...
