"Dom svarade väldigt fort men boendet var i extremt dåligt skick. Taket flagnade och om man hade saker på bordet så föll det ner bitar från taket och allt blev smutsigt. Man kunde inte ens gå på toa eller duscha utan att hela håret blev fullt med vita partiklar från taket som ramlade konstant. Det var så både i toaletten och i rummet, jättesynd. "This hotel is in a great location. It is outside of the core of Istanbul but not so far away that you can't take a taxi. It is also a great distance from the airport. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Istanbul. The front desk staff is very helpful and were able to answer all of my questions. They also have a great local area knowledge surrounding the property. "

"The property is located in a very convenient location with metro and bus and trolley station across the street near many shops and restaurants The staff went above and beyond and were very friendly and courteous Ms Fatma Navruz the guest relation manager was very nice and helpful and made sure we were taken care of and her colleague gave us a very nice room upgrade and Toofan was nice and gave us water and provided what we needed Although the carpet right off of the elevator was not very clean but the rooms and linens were spotless and very clean and comfortable The bellman at the hotel entrance were also very helpful and you felt safe I absolutely recommend the hotel "
