Very close to catalina island. We were able to hire snorkeling and scuba diving services right from the resort. "The resort is quiet, not crowded. Alvi, the concierge was very helpful and attentive. The young lady that worked at the pool side yard was friendly and attentive to the all the customers. The young man 3:30pm Bingo games was funny and interactive. The food was ok. The breakfast was the same throughout our stay. Housekeeping would come at odd hours often times we were back from an excursion when the housekeeper would come to clean. We cancel the room cleaning several times as we were tired...
