Very nice resort! Wasn’t a fan of the fact that certain restaurants were closed on certain nights and we had no way of knowing which were open. However, the lack of people allowed us to have a pick of any chair in the entire property, which was very nice. Nobody at all on the beach harassing or selling us, which was amazing! Food was pretty good, not amazing! Rooms were very nice and cleaned every day by the staff. Every employee smiles with joy. Overall a very nice resort and had fun!

Hello, Upon stay, we were just giving our band signed some papers and said have a good day. We didn’t get the welcoming slippers or the map or any of the things that the other residents we had to ask for it later on the first day we got here. In our room the refrigerator wasn’t working the first night they replaced it. We wake up this morning the refrigerator that they replaced is not working once again. Everything in there is hot. None of the lights in the bathroom is working. None of the lights in the closet is working. The iron board is broke, the lamp I want to turn it on the lamp is broken. We had to wait two hours today for breakfast as it was raining and that’s understandable however, when the food came, it was extremely cold. Everything was cold except for the pastries that were room temperature, but who wants a cold eggs who wants cold bacon, hard bacon no one we must leave the resort to go get something to eat that is not ideal. I don’t trust the other places will have good food This is what you qualify as a Vacation. I would like to be monetarily compensated some type of way for my room stay.

Very nice hotel. Staff is very kind. But for a 5* hotel, the food quality is VERY meh. It’s like they’re using the same food every single time for some of the buffet options. The melting cheese was just insane to me. The dinner options were definitely better. The food was hit or miss. Be sure to walk around the whole property and explore the dinner options.

My family and I just got back from a 5 night stay and we had such a great time. The rooms were absolutely incredible, very clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved that they have several pools, the resort is big but not too big. The food was pretty good. The Italian restaurant was our favorite. We’ve been to many all inclusive resorts and this is one of our top resorts. The entertainment was good and the drinks didn’t stop. The one and only complaint is that the pool area closed pretty early.. we’ll definitely be back!
