"The secrets Cap Cana Resort and Spa is a true five star resort. Everything was very good. Name brand alcohol, pretty good food, the staff outstanding, didn't ever have to wait for anything, the concierge service is awesome with our guy Jeison on a daily basis, the beach is nice, the beach is private it's the type of beach where there will be little to no traffic from other resorts and if it is it's by the only one next door which is also a nice place! The only small thing I could complain about is that the men's bathroom at the ocean side Restaurant needed the door handle to be fixed or replaced; but that's it! A true five star resort!"

"We were welcome with an smile, both Juan and Francisco made the arrival and departure a pleasure. Excellent customer service, polite and courtesy. Angela and Brian at the buffet were prompt to help us with coffee, juice and everything else. Our concierge Karina was extremely helpful attending to all our needs including finding a taxi for us to take us to the airport. She was professional, courteous and always smiling. She made our visit a breeze and would come back soon."

"I stayed at this property the last week of October and it was overly crowded. The food options were delicious. It was NOT buffet style. The staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. The beaches are rocky and have seaweed but still very beautiful. It was very hot and humid during the day. I would stay here again!"
