The property is beautiful, the servers were awesome, they treat you like family, the food was good, beautiful ambiance, they go out of their way to entertain you, the front staff is amazing, they helped us out being to my husband disability walking, we had a great time

We had to wait till 5:30 pm to get in the room .. all three of our rooms were not ready . They put us in a nice suite . We lost power for an hour and had to wait in the dark for them To send someone to help us. I had to text my friend to walk to desk as the phones do not work in the rooms . It has potential if they can work on service . My husband is very upset and wants a refund or something .

They don’t clean the room so dirty no paper they don’t clean bathing VIP DO NOT WORK DONT PAY FOR THAT 2 day I complain in the lobby I have video and pictures. This is over charged. The drinks you get is very bad the food is at the restaurant is good. But what they offer is very different at the reality some staff is ok like sopita and Julian polo and damary I prefer go to different resorts for the price and quality I pay for. This is the more bad cap Cana resort don’t even water in the Ron sprout this is true. I never will back to that marina resor even free.
