"The villa staff made our week! While the living space is fantastic (huge and comfy) and bedrooms are fine (traditional), the food and service were simply outstanding. The cook made us wish we had eaten at home more evenings and the team pampered us beyond expectations. When we experienced cable or wifi issues, they were handled immediately. The golf carts are a nice bonus as the primary way to get around and the location very close to the Marina made evenings and last-minute groceries easy....

"The seller listed it in higuey, which ended up being in Punta Cana an hour and a half away. The house condo cannot be found not by maps or Google driving directions it is situated in the woods away from civilization we’re all the action is. This is not an ideal vacation home to take your family to in fact it’s scary you will feel like you are staying in the projects. We stayed one night out of four nights of which we paid for. "The stay was magnificent. The concierge was super duper helpful, quick to respond to any messages or help regardless of the time. She also provide some amazing recommendations for restaurants, excursions, in room couple massages, dining and several other services. The pool water was clean and warm, the pool got cleaned everyday we were there. Woke up in the morning to the birds humming and whistling, however you wake up to the mosquitoes as well. "We were a big family group - three generations and this place was like Paradise for us. Everyone from the youngest to the oldest loved it. It’s beautiful and peaceful but also exciting. Simon the owner couldn’t have been more helpful and Wanda and the rest of the team couldn’t have looked after us better. We had the most amazing time."

"The room I stayed in was clean, the hotel is clean. My room had a tv, wifi, ac, fan and a small fridge. I wish they had a small oven or microwave to heat food up. The area is clean. It is noisy outside but that is to be expected, especially during the day. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The property owner Mike is amazing very accommodating. We used his condo as a getting ready for my daughter’s wedding day and it is very spacious. The view is fenomenal!!!"

"When we arrived there was no hot water. We spent the first part of the stay getting the hot water fixed. While we were in the loft we noticed there were cockroaches. And the lights and fan controls over the range didn’t work. The refrigerator leaked water across the kitchen floor. And the night table lamp upstairs was broken."

"We love the property and have stayed in other apartments. Giancarlo was very helpful and the apartment was in great working order."

"No one spoke English. Not actually in Cap Cana resort. Couldn't find apartment. Bugs in kitchen. Shower would not completely drain. Looked like blood stains on bathroom wall.. Left in less than a day."

"I stay with my son on 2/21/25, the lady at the front desk was very professional (couldn’t get her name unfortunately) she explain everything on the contract, she even came to show me the room, and told me what is around the area. I recommend the restaurant at the property they have brick oven pizza and other good dishes(if you go on the weekend make a reservation) the waiter that take care of us was very knowledgeable of the menu really make me feel at home, after a long day at the beach which...

Dreams Dominicus La Romana - All Inclusive

Wow

"The grounds of this resort are stunning. Cleanliness, pools, beach, gym, buffet restaurant and overall service were incredible. The beach/ocean has to be the cleanest and best in Dominican. During the second half of the week the resort was at capacity (during QC and U.S. university/college spring break) and in no way felt congested. The family suites are on the opposite side of the road from the main resort. This at first was a surprise, but turned out to be a very pleasant one as it was so peaceful there at night and had a great view over the resort in the evening light hours. Overall travel to resort took about 45 mins but was worth the extra 20 mins compared to Punta Cana resorts. Main pool bar staff Marcelo and Claudio were very nice and also good with kids. Gustavo was assigned as our “butler”. Nothing is too much for him. We were amazed at his willingness to make our trip the best it could possibly be as well as his contagious positivity and his presence. This extra effort made a great week an amazing one."

"Just returned and can't stay enough about the great experience we had, all the staff were very attentive, professional we missed this type of great service, they all went above and beyond to keep you satisfied. I want to highlight a few I remembers, Carlos in the Asian - Hibashi did a fantastic show, Glenny who helped coordinate a special arrangement for our daughter's birthday, which made it an unforgettable day. The team with the entertainment (Nelson Vargas), and this are just a few of the names I can remember. The food in each of the restaurants was fresh, such a large variety for all the tastes and needs. Thank you Hyatt for such an amazing experience. Hope to be back soon. "
