"Staff very friendly and helpful. Bar stylish and good choice of drinks. Room quite basic but comfortable, except that an electric portable heater provided the heating and this gave me an electric shock when I turned it off, fusing the TV etc. This was quite alarming though the member of staff I told at checkout was very sympathetic and checked I was OK. "Lovely stay, very clean, and reception staff are accommodating, I would hands down stay again. I did have my dog with me on the visit, and the room where lovely the only thing that would have made the stay better was if they had a small green area where dogs could pee and poop in, it would feel safer then as I was asked to go outside of the compound in the night especially as there allot of activity and people sleeping rough. My dog did pee outside the hotel, and the staff weren’t pleased with...

Was a bit noisy (I could here the heavy footed person in room on floor above me crossing floor to go to the toilet during the night - kept waking me up), and The coffee machine at breakfast had run out of milk (so no cappuccino). Minor things but room to improve easily. Otherwise, I had a good night here and would return. Thank you. "

"Great all round. I usually stay in three different hotels per week and this place is on my “will revisit” list. Comfortable & clean with friendly staff. Rooms are a little dated but the powerful hot shower and the super fast WiFi make up for that. Only tried one meal in the restaurant but the food was great too. "
