"The hotel is big, spacious and has a nice aesthetic overall. Service is good. The part that I didn't like is the brown carpets are unsightly, look dingy and stink up the area. We requested a different suite and it was much better. I would consider staying again but only upgraded rooms without the brown stinky carpet. "

"What a great location to base ourselves close to the metro lots of grocery shops and restaurants right across the street for. The Crypto arena . Room was comfortable great size TV Street noise was loud sometimes but we are right on it so it was expected "

"the washroom door would not close and i saw things no one wants to see cuz i accidentally opened the door. my friend tripped on the iron board and landed face down (lowkey her fault), my friend choked on the lemon from the water downstairs, the cleaner did an okay job there was still hair in the washroom and my friend has hair phobia ( she is bald) so she was uneasy while using the toilet. the light under the bed had no off button so my friend laid flat on the floor to look for it and while...

"this was a great location. I walked to crypto before and after the game. I ate well nearby. the staff were so great and helpful. my room was wonderful and had everything I needed plus more. "
