"neighborhood sketchy, parking on street was trash and broken glass everywhere. Room was not clean, marks on walls and rust in bathtub. No amenities and don’t even think there was soap. Internet did not work nor television. Elevator broke so had to carry all our stuff down 3flights of stairs. Asked for refund of at least one night and was denied. Did not stay but found another acceptable hotel. "

"Unfortunately the stay was less than par. The house itself as well as laundry seemed dirty. Whether it was the last tennants that didn’t strip beds or not, the host or cleaning crew didn’t check to make sure beds weren’t slept in. Or tried to play it off that they were “clean enough”. You get what you pay for in the area so we weren’t expecting the nicest of houses, but we at least expected the place to be clean. "The property was below expectations. The complex was on the rougher side, and there were damaged items in the house including the couch. The bed mattress was still wrapped in plastic and not comfortable to sleep on. The internet speed and tv variety was nice, as well as the patio area. The host was very communicative and brought towels because there weren’t any, but the towels were small, thin, rough and stained. The price was very reasonable, but I would not stay here again.
