"The property and rooms are beautiful, location is perfect and we would absolutely return. However, the communication isn't great. We had to chase an email prior to arriving and we arrived early for our check in and couldn't get into our room, understandable. However, we had booked the apartment with a steam room but this was changed and we didn't find out until we returned that evening when reception isn't available. We were only there for 1 night and haven't yet been able to get an answer as to...

"I had a good stay at this property. full disclosure i have held top status at hilton and other major chains so i prefer on site staff and a front desk. I will say the staff was proactive and extremely responsive via whatsapp. the room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. I did have some issues with hot water and initially getting in to the room but nothing too inconvenient. Location is superb and near everything you need/"

"Our GPS had trouble finding this property in the Porto city center. The sign identifying the property is very small, but with 4 of us, we found it. Ricky was very helpful in riding with us to park our car which ended up being quite easy. Our room was adequate with needed amenities. The breakfast room was unique, and we were served breads, cheeses, and fruit; no hot entrees. "
