"The most amazing staff and hotel , been to PORTUGAL every year since 2021. Would not stay anywhere else . Special thanks to Marcia, Felipe,Rita,Alex,Yuri and Hotel Manager Diogo Bartilotti Matos . My boyfriend had to spend 2 days in the hospital and every night there was pastries , or fruit and drinks in the room waiting for me . And the day he returned from the hospital they provided room services free of charge . Today at check out they had a care package with pastries , fruit and waters for us to travel with . This hotel is more than 5 stars . Words are not enough to express our GRATITUDE ! If anyone travels to Porto THIS IS A MUST TO STAY , CLEAN , GREAT FOOD , WAY BEYOND GRACIOUS STAFF . "

"Lovely hotel with attentive helpful staff . The room was comfortable and very clean with a great walk in shower .The breakfast had an excellent choice and the nespresso coffee machine was a nice touch . It is easy to get to from the airport using Portos efficient metro system . Get off at Trindade and its a 10 min walk . It is also just a 20 min walk downhill to Porto centre but we often used the metro for the uphill return ! There is a bus from just outside the hotel that will take you into centre. Very comfortable base from which to enjoy the beautiful city of Porto "
