"The property was in a Great Location. Unfortunate the owner's property is managed by Guest Ready. It was the worst check-in experience I've ever had. Communication through the app was difficult. I'm accustomed to communicating with the owner, if booking trough VRBO. This experience meant communicating with a different agent every time, who had no idea about the property. I'll look elsewhere if I come across Guest Ready again in the future."
