"The beds seemed fine but the air conditioning didn’t work properly. The bedroom overlooked the back where a constant whirring noise from the multiple air con condensers were placed. From time to time, we can smell cigarette smoke even throughout the night. The night that we stayed there was a massive argument outside between a group of men n women which could clearly be heard in the apartment."

"Our GPS had trouble finding this property in the Porto city center. The sign identifying the property is very small, but with 4 of us, we found it. Ricky was very helpful in riding with us to park our car which ended up being quite easy. Our room was adequate with needed amenities. The breakfast room was unique, and we were served breads, cheeses, and fruit; no hot entrees. "

"Hotel is in desperate need of a FULL renovation, rooms are small and almost none amenities, breakfast was poor and served in a box. We stayed at room 305, the door dint close completely and we can see the light from the hallway it was disturbing to sleep. If you want to charge your mobile devices there was only one electric plug. No AC and during a hot summer night it was hard to sleep. Basically the only good thing is the location."

"Stayed at this historic property 10 years ago. Returned to enjoy over again ... was not disappointed .. convenient in historic center of Porto, close to transportation, surrounded by restaurant opportunities, shopping, close to the river. Only wish that the hotel restaurant and bar had been open to re-light those particular memories. Would like to return once the ongoing Metro expansion is completed."
