"Lovely hotel with attentive helpful staff . The room was comfortable and very clean with a great walk in shower .The breakfast had an excellent choice and the nespresso coffee machine was a nice touch . It is easy to get to from the airport using Portos efficient metro system . Get off at Trindade and its a 10 min walk . It is also just a 20 min walk downhill to Porto centre but we often used the metro for the uphill return ! There is a bus from just outside the hotel that will take you into centre. Very comfortable base from which to enjoy the beautiful city of Porto "

Our experience is also during the time of the international power outage that lasted 10 hrs in Porto. Great customer service under very unusual circumstances. We changed our plans for a 2nd stay there. We will be back! "
