"Incredible! Luxurious and incredible location but the most important thing is that the staff are incredibly courteous and helpful! I have OCD about germs and this place was immaculate and clean and beautiful. Would 100/10 stay here again!"

"The staff at the hotel were very helpful, friendly and courteous. It was very close to nearby tourist attractions. The hotel no longer has a restaurant/kitchen, Expedia needs to update this info on their website as the hotel no longer provides breakfast on the go. However there are plenty of restaurants and convenient stores close by. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable and shower facilities were satisfactory. I would recommend staying at this hotel if you are in Hangzhou for a few days. "

"I didn't expect to have such a comfortable room/stay. However, I was very surprised to be waken up at 6 am by honking cars after spending a few days in Shanghai where this practice has apparently been outlawed. A better noise-proofing would be nice."
