Buffet is good but room service was not good. Staff are nice. But the most important thing to me is whether the rooms are clean. The rooms are clean here. Jose the manager is the one you want to look for if you can only speak English. "

"The staff at the hotel were very helpful, friendly and courteous. It was very close to nearby tourist attractions. The hotel no longer has a restaurant/kitchen, Expedia needs to update this info on their website as the hotel no longer provides breakfast on the go. However there are plenty of restaurants and convenient stores close by. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable and shower facilities were satisfactory. I would recommend staying at this hotel if you are in Hangzhou for a few days. "
