"The hotel is good overall for the location and staff and room. The facility is little bit old. The only issue is the shuttle service. Hotel never mentioned the shuttle service is available for picking up so we went to hotel by self. When leaving, hotel arranged shuttle service to train station and claimed hotel will pay but the driver asked us to pay since hotel didn’t give him ticket. That is terrible arrangement."

"Very nice hotel. I lucked out and got a room with a balcony. Room and facilities were well thought out to accommodate a ski vacation. Room was very clean and housekeeping was excellent.
