"I gave the property 4 stars for the age of the property, especially in the room (carpet, decor, etc.), and incrediblye tiny-ness of the bathroom-- it's smaller than RV bathrooms but gets the job done. HOWEVER, for the area and for primarily being a ski resort rental, it was way more than adequate and I'd definitely stay there again. "We had an incredible stay at the hotel. I've stayed at top hotels in the world and this boutique one compares in quality, service, attention to detail and amenities. The spa and gym area were beautiful (you should add photos to the site!). Service was impeccable, thank you to Simon who was so helpful. Easy to get to ski shuttle and walk to everything. Very clean and the breakfast and afternoon snacks were great. I'd stay here again if ever back in Zermatt. "
