"Very clean hotel ! Preferred bigger room but it doesn’t come with opened unblock view, so room is too small for 2pax. Saw another new Toyoko Inn hotel opening on 10-10-2024. Should I come Tottori again, will book the new hotel IF bigger room is with opened unblock view."

"Great hotel close to the station. The staff is really amazing. The rooms are simple yet very good. Great Internet connection even for video calls. The free breakfast was just amazing (you can bring it up your room if you want) Just make sure not tk book a smoking room if you don't smoke like I did... But if you do, they have sprays that help with the smell!"

"The hotel is a bit far from the onsen center, about 10-15 walk from the Kinosaki train station. However, the staff are very courteous and service is excellent. The hotel is nice,clean and quiet. "

The staff are extremely friendly and courteous- embodying true Japanese approach interactions.They gave tips for eating out and experiencing Onsen culture. I highly recommend staying here.
