"Good location in Nagano. The ground floor has a strong smell, and the you can tell they once allowed smoking in the hotel. Otherwise it is a fine hotel for a stay in Nagano. PS no personal climate control in your room, just on/off for whatever the building is pumping. The beds are SUPER soft, my partner loved it but too soft for me."

Not only was the hotel filthy, I was charged an extra 23,000 yen for my wife to stay in the room with me!!! This is after already being charged 24000 yen for a room barely worth 10,000. "出張で使用しました。 基本的には快適に過ごせましたが、以下3点については改善した方が良いと思います。 ・洗面台の使い勝手が良くなかったです。（水を溜める状態（栓が塞がっている状態）を解除できなかった為、手洗いやはみがきですぐに水が溜まってしまう。） ・トイレの自動水洗機能が壊れていて、手動で水を流しました。 ・部屋に入ったところの自動センサー照明が、毎回靴紐を結んでいる最中に消えてしまうため、消灯時間をもう少し延ばした方が良いと思います。"
