However the staff were brilliant at adjusting and managing these changes and I felt went above and beyond. Thank you! The rooms remain very comfortable. The hotel is in a great locatoon"

"The Royal is within easy walking distance of the train statio, the Cardiff Castle, Cardiff Museum, Stadium, several arcades, and a wide variety of good restaurants. Our room was very nice with wood floors. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was well organized with a really lovely spacious bath/shower. We appreciated the free early baggage storage prior to check-in. Finally, the staff were very polite and helpful. "

I had a room which appeared to be above the gym and you could hear the clonk clonk of the weights. not good if you are trying to sleep after a night shift.
