"Hotel was appalling, dirty rooms with mould all across ceiling in room and in bathroom. No basic amenities in room or available at all (kettle, iron, hair dryer etc). Upon arrival I was given 2 small towels for the bathroom, after day 1, the towel I used was taken when they came to “clean”. On day 2 I asked for some more towels as I’d just used the 2nd one that morning to be told no and that I was already given 2.
