"This is a well kept secret. Great everything in a wonderful neighborhood setting. Walking easily to all that Roma has to offer from the coliseum to the everything else. Front desk personnel, especially Caleb, just terrific. We loved it . well be back!"

"This place was perfect for our vacation to Italy! Room was clean, comfortable and the bed was excellent. From day one our host made us feel welcome and explained everything very well. Breakfast was great and we found some amazing restaurants within walking distance. Close to metro and train. We would stay again for sure. "Beautiful hotel and a great walking location to the colosseum. Communication with the hosts was clear and friendly. Nice touch having a basket of breakfast stuff and mini fridge in room which is refreshed each day, alongside the self service breakfast & coffee.Which allows for more flexibility "

"Hotel was appalling, dirty rooms with mould all across ceiling in room and in bathroom. No basic amenities in room or available at all (kettle, iron, hair dryer etc). Upon arrival I was given 2 small towels for the bathroom, after day 1, the towel I used was taken when they came to “clean”. On day 2 I asked for some more towels as I’d just used the 2nd one that morning to be told no and that I was already given 2. I explained that I was given 2 however 1 has already been taken and I have 3 more...

"We have used this hotel on every trip, six times, it is not the Hilton and does not have those costs but, the Hilton does not have the architecture, the Hilton is also centuries younger, it is a hotel with 1st class staff, all of whom are interested in your contentment during your stay, all go out of their way to to help with any requests so, a 1st class stay is always had."
