"Hotel was appalling, dirty rooms with mould all across ceiling in room and in bathroom. No basic amenities in room or available at all (kettle, iron, hair dryer etc). Upon arrival I was given 2 small towels for the bathroom, after day 1, the towel I used was taken when they came to “clean”. "My reservation was accepted and not honored. They messaged Ne but did not have the courtesy to call Me. If after hours, they should have followed the protocols and honored My reservation. It was very unprofessional and strange. "
