"We checked in late (midnight) and Alyssa was so accommodating and provided self check in (which was easy and quick). She is great and very helpful. The room is very clean, spacious, simple but aesthetically pleasing, and I love that the hotel is environment-conscious (ie: shampoo in a big dispenser instead of small plastic bottles which we throw away after use). "Pros: First and foremost, Stefano was very responsive, helpful and accommodating. He answered all my many questions. The room was lovely, located minutes from many restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and of course the Colosseum and Forum. He and his staff were so very polite and so friendly, it was a true joy. "It was a nice enough stay. I did think the photos on the site made it look a bit nicer than real life, and the bathroom was very small. But the bed was very comfy, and it was clean. One point of note - i was very grateful i'd packed ear plugs. the traffic noise was quite loud, and on the Saturday night there appeared to be a nightclub in close proximity, which played heavy bass until 2am."

"It was 9:30PM when I reach the property and could not find it in the given address because there was no sign of it. At the end I was able to figured out the place. Meanwhile I called the property but no body answer. I ring the bell many times but no answer at all. So It was very late, me and my daughter were very tired and I had to reserve another hotel via Expedia and call a taxi to go there. So I want my money back. "
