CasaRubino consists of 3 bedrooms, warm and bright, a kitchen with all appliances and a large balcony. Each room has a private bathroom and you can choose between the bedroom purple, green and yellow.
CasaRubino offers its guests the bed linen and towels, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing boards, air conditioners, hot and cold, wi-fi.
At the table there is room for 6 people and the pantry is stocked with tea, coffee, sugar and salt.
Upon arrival, guests will find a bottle of local wine and regional products, on the house.

POSITION:
The apartment is located in Via Etruria around the corner from King's Square in Rome (San Giovanni) and famous central square with all kinds of services (supermarkets, McDonald's, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, clothing stores, cash machine) and the known Via Appia Nuova, one of the most famous streets for shopping in Rome where you can find shops of the major Italian fashion brands and foreign.
It 'just 500 meters from the Basilica of Saint John in Lateran and Santa Croce in Gerusalemme, two of the four most ancient basilicas of Rome, and milestones for the sightseeing tour of Rome, the Market Via Sannio, very famous in Rome, the award-winning 'Bar Pompi' (Via Alba Longa), where you can sample the famous 'Tiramisu' (coffee or fruits) or try a rich aperitif.
It 'is a 15 minute walk from the COLOSSEUM, ROMAN FORUM by, or if you prefer you can go by metro or bus 87. And '4 metro stops, lineaA, from Termini Station.
The apartment is easily accessible from both airports (Fiumicino and Ciampino) and the central Termini Station is 4 metro stops.
The nearest metro stop (Line A) is 'King of Rome', just 5 minutes away, with which, in a few minutes, you can reach Piazza di Spagna, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, Piazza del Popolo, Villa Borghese, Vatican City etc.
The change of bed linen and towels every customer change is included in the price.

This place was clean and well equipped and Irina was an amazing host! Great restaurants in the area and just a few blocks to the metro, which will bring you to the major sites within 10 minutes.

The host did a great job of being in contact with us throughout the process and even went with me to make sure my car was parked in a garage less than a block from the apartment. She had good recommendations and information for transportation and restaurants.

We - a group of four friends - enjoyed our stay in the comfortable apartment which offered the amenities of a modern apartment. Located in a normal, quiet neighbourhood but near to the historic centre of the city - we liked it! Irina's recommendations were very helpful.

Wonderful stay
Very comfortable and spacious location with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We enjoyed having 3 bathrooms for 4 people and the kitchen was large enough for us to gather when the living room was being used as a bedroom. The metro was a quick walk away, and there were plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The main sights were a bit further, but as a result, the neighborhood was quieter and less stressful for us. Good communication from our hosts and great food suggestions.

Fabulous Home, Highly Recommend
This apartment is spacious, modern, clean, and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again! The host is helpful and thoughtful, leaving us with lots of info and ample supplies for our stay. The location is quiet and very close to the metro and several must visit places in Rome. Our family of 5 was very comfortable thanks to the size of this rental and the three large bathrooms. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again!

A nice clean apartment on the first floor of an apartment. Three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom was a nice set up for a family stay. Good restaurants and conveniences nearby two blocks from the metro. Irina helped us by arranging a ride from the airport, and was great with suggestions. Fully recommend.

Three quick days in Rome. The apartment was perfect for me, my wife and three older children. Location was convenient, two blocks from Metro, and walking distance to good restaurants. Bar Pompi is a great spot for breakfast or late night Gelato. Irina, our host was super and very accommodating.

I can’t say enough about Irina and her home. We loved having our own bathrooms. She has coffees and a few other items for our use which was fantastic. She was kind and the home comfortable. I own several properties on VRBO and am impressed with Irinas home and her heart!

This proved to be a great base from which to explore Rome, surprisingly quiet but with various shops and the Metro all close by. As we found on the first day, the apartment is a lot more than a ten minute walk from the Colosseum. But there are lots of buses into different parts the city once we worked out what to do about getting tickets. Would certainly return here if we decided to come to Rome again.

We enjoyed ourselves immensely at this huge, clean spacious apartment in Rome. Three large bedrooms each with a bathroom. Beautifully decorated, a coffee maker, everything you need. Away from the bustle which we really appreciated but close enough to get there by walking. Taxi 5 mins away. The owner is very kind and helpful.

Irina has been fantastic to deal with from the first instant: she has been clear, forthcoming with recommendations and arranged a lj airport transfer for us. She even met us on site and took us to find some shops open late on a public holiday. Apartment is roomy, fairly quiet and very convenient for the Metro A line - less than 5 minutes to the nearest station. Overall a great experience that my family enjoyed immensely
