The hotel and the staff was lovely. The staff are very polite and approachable, they always smile and say hello. The hotel itself was hard to find so my only suggestion eould be to have a sign on the main road for easy location because it is based behind blocks. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay.

The room was nice and were given a voucher for welcome drinks, as well as some water in the fridge. The room was refreshed and towels replaced daily. Only downside was there was no kettle in the room.

Wonderful Convenient and Modern Hotel Stay
We had three night in Rome and we wanted a place that was convenient, but now super expensive. This stay worked great for us! The room was very modern and the shower worked. The two hotels we stayed at in Florence and Venice were quaint and old but the shower was broken at both places. There was a rooftop restaurant that you could eat at if desired. We used the nearby mini market to get groceries which was less than a block away and helped us save money on eating out. We were able to catch the metro (just a few blocks away) and easily access the sites on Rome we wanted to visit. We didn’t see very many tourists in the area (more residential).

The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. This was our first visit to Rome and they made our stay very pleasant. The property was also clean and well maintained. Parking was difficult in Rome everywhere. This was the only issue. Once we found a spot we walked most everywhere. The hotel location was nice because it was about 1-2 miles from many of the sites.

It was nice. We had stay three nights. Firstly they had check-in to disable room which we did not book it. Then i went to reception she asked me that did i use to room? It was a horrible question. Lovely, helpful staff, neat tidy room with WIFI, fridge and a safe. Nice bathroom, shower. Near a Metro and bus stop. Fab rooftop bar. Good restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby. Easy to walk passed the entrance! Look for the gap where 21 should be.
