"I needed an iron and the staff were very helpful. The bar wasn't open on a Friday night. Why? So convenient being just around the corner from the station and many eateries. Very decent breakfast. Lovely staff. "

"Reception were great 10/10 Room very dated. Bathroom could absolutely do with updating, the curtain rail was broken which made the room look shabby, grounds kept better than the actual rooms. Bar and waiting staff were great 10/10"

"Lovely hotel, beautiful grounds. Restaurant is expensive. We visited with two children and they had a wonderful time. Breakfast was really nice and a varied selection. Staff helpful and friendly. Highly recommended "

"Check in was super simple. The hotel is about 5 mins from getting off the train. Complimentary hot drinks at Mission Control make a welcome change! Food outlets are very near including M&S so you can buy cold options and drinks. The shuttle to the north terminal is only 5 mins walk."
